New Fire Safety Order [The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005]
The law has changed. As from 1 October 2006, if you are responsible for a premises whether for business, charity, education or other public purposes, you will need to:
- Define a responsible person in charge of the fire risk assessment
- Ensure that this person performs a fire assessment risk analysis.
